- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (available in select cities)
- Same Day Delivery: Available in select metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM
- International Shipping: 10-15 business days (customs clearance time may vary)

Free shipping on orders above ₹500! For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 applies within India.

- Orders below ₹500: ₹50 shipping fee
- Express Delivery: Additional ₹100 charge
- International Orders: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Remote Areas: May incur additional charges due to limited courier access
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- You will receive notifications for each attempt
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

- Provide photographs of damaged packaging and products
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund within 5-7 business days
- Lost packages will be investigated with the courier partner
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate customs declaration information
- Clearance delays due to customs inspections
