Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• Unused Products: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
• No Damage: Products should not be damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way
• Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
• Timely Request: Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Complete Set: All accessories, free gifts, and promotional items must be returned

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
• Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• You will receive a refund confirmation email
• Bank processing time may take an additional 3-5 business days

Exchange Policy

If you would prefer to exchange your product instead of a refund:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• You can exchange for the same product in a different variant or size
• You can exchange for a different product of equal or higher value
• If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will be refunded
• Shipping charges for exchange delivery may apply

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective Products: We cover all return shipping costs
• Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and send correct item free
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Quality Issues: We cover all return shipping costs and provide full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used personal care products (unless defective)
• Products without original packaging or missing tags
• Customized or personalized products
• Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
• Gift cards or vouchers

Damaged or Defective Products
